1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Products received with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
  • Incorrect Items: Products that do not match your order.
  • Unopened Products: Unused, unopened items in their original packaging (e.g., ink cartridges, toner, spare parts).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., ink, toner, ribbons).
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Items marked "Final Sale."

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Step 2: If eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) with original packaging, accessories, and invoice. Include the RMA number on the package.

Step 4: Ship the return to our designated warehouse (address provided with RMA). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be processed within 1 - 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 3 - 10 business days).
  • For damaged or defective items during transit, provide photographic evidence or a carrier's damage report.

4. Exchanges

We offer free replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

5. Cancellations
