  • North America: Orders to the U.S. and Canada may be subject to customs clearance fees. We declare all packages accurately as "Printer/Copier Consumables and Spare Parts" with the appropriate value.
  • Other Regions: Orders shipped to countries outside of Europe and North America may also be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges vary by country and are determined by local regulations.

We do not cover customs charges or reimburse customers for refused shipments due to unpaid duties.
